Lululemon is quaking! For $22, this is one of my all-time favorite sports bras. It’s so comfortable that I wear it even when I’m not working out, but supportive enough that I can wear it when I’m dying running on the treadmill.
90 Degree By Reflex – High Waist Tummy Control Shapewear – Power Flex Capri
Where my other shorties at? For some reason, I didn’t realize until 13 years after I stopped growing that getting capri pants would save me a fortune (read: $7) on hemming. I love 90 Degree by Reflex and these leggings are some of their finest work! So many colors, squat-proof, and best of all, super comfy material.
**Edit: I just discovered the “90 Degree Women’s Power Flex Yoga Pants” and I’m obsessed. Not as high-rise as the capris, which I’m a fan of!

Wait, why did she post a picture of a torso-less woman? I know, right? That’s some good camouflage. Blend in at the gym with this badass crop top. To all those hat wearing folks at the gym, I see you and I’m sorry I ever doubted you. Wearing a hat at the gym may not be for everyone, but for me, it’s an essential. Personally, it helps me worry less about what my face looks like during a workout and also acts as blinders in a way so I can focus. And also, an opportunity for someone to say “hey, cool hat!” #validation
A hot yoga must! You know how I know this is an amazing find? My friend and I both showed up to bikram yoga with it last week. As much as I love saving money, a regular towel just does not cut it when it comes to gripping your mat and getting your shavasana on without an itchy back. This baby is sweat absorbent, soft, cute, and a fraction of the price of most you’ll find!
Bands will make her dance and these resistance bands will make your booty and your wallet thank you! A huge pet peeve of mine are resistance bands that roll up when you use them. Rest assured, these are sturdy, secure, and super inexpensive.
